My brother in law applied under FSW in 2008 as lecturer. His profession is not in the current 29 list. Any advice, what should he do now?

(in reply to: Think if applying under Ministerial Instructons) ...it appears that anyone who applies for skilled worker immigration will not be accepted for consideration if the person has also applied for refugee status or immigration on humanitarian and compassionate grounds....
