Subject: I was denied of my refugee claimant ?
  Hi house !

I just want to put this across; I was denied of my refugee claimant recently . And I am seeking constructive advise on what to do , now that my claim is rejected , my fiance whom we have been living together for 16months decided to be my sponsor .

Is there any possibility of regaining or re-installing my status in Canada.

Thanks

Smith

Ok, constructive advice here we go....

Leave Canada, get your fiance to sponsor you from abroad and come back as a Permanent Resident.

Easy, clean, almost bullet proof!

Well DocD is uncaring with his solid rock heart, again.

What should of been done is to have your partner sponsor you from within Canada a long time ago. Men have the hardest time when their female partners are very giving to say (will you marry me). Hardest words any man has to say!

Or in other words certain men think, why buy the cow when your getting the milk for free.

You can be sponsored from within Canada based on public policy but now you will have to overcome the timing!!!!

CIC staff will wonder if your paying your partner to marry you and probably never believe you if you submit a Common Law sponsorship at this time.

You need to talk with someone and ask them what advantages they can provide the two of you as a couple to attempt to eliminate a spousal interview.

Do not deliberately get pregnant nor submit any XXX photos!

Soli rock heart? again?
Nahhh,
I am a Teddy bear. I just tend to spill out the truth in short sentences.

Roy, you said the key word "should of been". But that is not what happened.

In his current situation, he is going to have a heck of a time proving that his relationship is genuine and it is not a way to obtain a PR within Canada.

Waive the interview? at this point? Chances are slim to none!

He is going to spend more time and money trying to stay and applying within Canada. I stick to my original post.

Oversea or inland? Which will it be?

Either way will be a quite journey.

If your in a real relationship I would be willing to help! Yes and for a fee!you need to ask any representative what would be the advantages to retaining them over others.

At 6900 Airport Road Mississauga GTEC I met a couple today who got married in April 2011. They paid a Lawyer (Big Bucks) to assist with their Spousal application. The Lawyer´s employee did not submit it due to the mail strike. They were going to submit it regular mail even though they paid Big Bucks!!!!

No evidence it was mailed, No evidence it was received!

Then they got called called to the PRRA so the chances that CIC will review their Spousal Application before removal is close to nil.

Go to any postal outlet and ask if Canada Post will guarantee Ex-Press post delivery in three days. Nope not one will say yes. Many hard feelings over being forced back to work.

We send next day courier and do not pass the cost to the client.

Info (in reply to: I was denied of my refugee claimant ?)
Hi guys,

My claim was rejected by the IRB, I just need to know what other option do I have, since I have a permanent job. Accept the fact that I will be given the chance to a second opinion by completing the PRRA (Pre Removal Risk Assessment)

Thanks.

Ash
