Subject: Misrepresentation on a additional family info form
Filling out additional family form can cause misrepresentation always hire a quality representative to assist especially when CIC starts asking you to submit additional forms. Here is a Federal Court case any applicant should read! http://t.co/4FEQ2wB

He was being sponsored as a dependent in a parental sponsorship. This guy had a kid that he didn´t initially declare. Then CIC found out and wanted to know how much contact he had with the Mother of his child, the child and wherher or not he had met the mothers parents.

His answers caused not only him to be found inadmissible but his parents as well!

Declaring information after the fact is not always acceptable. Tell the truth the first time so there are no reason for additional questions.

If he had declared his girlfriend and daughter, would he have had to apply for a PR on his own, not as a dependent of his parents?
