My brother has done his medicals 3 months ago. Does anybody know what is the procedure and timeline after?

I´m in a similar situation : I got my AIP for the H&C application back in February 2011.
done my medicals and background, paid the RRF as requested by the IO . All done 2 months ago and I´m wonderying how long it´s going to take from now on ???
