ive done IELTS in 2004, and scored overall 8/9 individually all over 7.
ive done my bachelors in scotland 5 years in english medium.
do i need to re do the ielts for the canadian immigration application

Good for two years that result is. Used to be one year.

Yes - you must re-do. IELTS is mandatory.
