My Morning Rant
IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT ACCUSED IN IMMIGRATION FRAUD

See that is why I refer to call myself as an Immigration (COUNSEL). The word "Consultant" makes my stomach turn. I prefer to attend hearings and the ID, IAD and the IRB who refer to me as a counsel during those hearings the members refer to me as counsel.
Mr. Patel can not represent anuyone before the divisons of the IRB or before an Officer.
Kishor Patel has been ripping off his clients for years and years. He was charging UP-FRONT fees dah the law before C-35 allowed that. In fact no one needs to be an authorized representative to charge a fee for assisting students to come to Canada.
Mr. Patel was perfectly within his rights to charge UP-FRONT FEES because he was not going to represent the client BEFORE an Officer or after he submitted the application for work permit or extension.
Then for the last six years anyone can charge UP-FRONT FEES

It is important to understand that CIC, the IRB and the CBSA are interpreting the Regulations to mean that R13.1(1) does not apply to any representation made to a client before an application is submitted
to CIC.
UP-FRONT FEES!!!!!
Now the new Immigration Regulator ICCRC was told they had to use the word CONSULTANT in their name. CIC Minister Kenny started out with the legislation by saying Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants!
Jason Kenny could not approve any new group that did not have the word CONSULTANT in their name, it might make him look like he is not riding on the big white horse.
Changing the word would of protected the consumer but....Consultant stays!
I have always said if it is too good to be true, RUN!!!

The government is partly responsible for this alleged con artist, the students can read English so they should have known he was not an authorized representative.
How will the crown get a conviction when he was charging UP-FRONT FEES???????

How is the job description between a counsel different from a consultant?
In my eye, both Kellog and patel are the same. the difference is patel only "CON" people whereas Kellog "CON" + in"SULT" people... just kidding... my evening rant

When the government passes too weak laws certain individuals will jump to the front of the line to take advantage of those that will do and say anything to win.
Only when there are College and University students that can´t understand he/she is not authorized to conduct business with the IRB, CIC or CBSA and their assurances don´t hold water will things change.
His clients have got to be the dunces of the Universities. or....they know that someone has to do something illegal to get them to be back in status.
There is a ICCRC Consultant who has a web site claiming he extends work permits, writes letters of invites for visitor visas and assists students coming to Canada along with FSW applications. He has a photo of a Law firm to do his Federal Court applications which is fine.
BUT.......for tribunal hearings like Detention Reviews, Stay applications, Assignment Hearings, Admissibility Hearings, Spousal Appeals etc he turns over all that work to a Lawyer.
That is the difference between an authorized member who is a Counsel or a Consultant.

he can do it but he chose to turns over to the lawyer - right?
What I mean is what you are authorize to do (example attending hearings etc) - he is also empower with the same authority but he chose not to or he may "subcontract" to another party.
Meaning in the eye of the general public, both of you are given essentially the same authority except that the consultant you´ve mentioned lack professionalism.
There are bad apples in every profession but that does not mean you can give yourself fanciful title.
I clean toilet much cleaner than the rest of the cleaner, does it mean I can call myself Master Toilet Cleaner? The next thing I would request health ministry to issue certification so that less people can clean toilet SO THAT MY SERVICES WILL BE IN DEMAND.$$$$$

The IRB, IAD and ID gives all Consultants and Lawyers the title of Counsel!
They refer to the Hearings Officer as Ministers Counsel!
I prefer the title "counsel" because I win 80 + % of all my hearings.

Guys both ya yellers chill out; Patels are well known crooks; you meet em in India, Africa, Europe and all other continents, except Antarctica. No biggie.... the students must know not to go to a patel. The End.

I am a business man in Brampton, Ontario Canada; I had the misfortunate of being briefly acquainted with Mr. Kris Patel. This unlucky meeting, was a brief meeting when Kris offered his legal services to assist me in obtaining import documents from Pakistan which are required for my business,
• TARIP (Tariff and Integrated Policy)
• INTRA (Integrated Regulatory Authorities)
• ECHO (Enhanced Cargo Handling)
• ACCESS (Automated Customs Clearance System)
Mr. Patel represented himself as a lawyer that dealt with import/export and immigration issues, and that he would be able to assist. For $20.000 US dollars, Patel assured me I would have, the documents that are required within ten (10) it’s almost six (6) months later and I still chasing Patel to receive my documents. A chap named Randy who claimed to be a lawyer, did call me about thirty (30) days ago saying that he’s working on the file, but since then I have nothing, a friend of mine at temple, told me yesterday that Mr. Patel has a criminal record and is not a lawyer. I am shocked at this, and I’m adding my comments to this blog to warn everyone to now deal with him.

Hello everyone,
i don want to write down the whole story as all you know about mr. kishor patel (kris) by now. He is still operating in a same manner as mentioned in other cases. I am the current victim of it and he has my 8000$. Not responsing to phone calls and msges. He has account on name of CanIndia Global Corporation now.
