My friend´s husband has mental issue and she is planning to file a divorce from here in Canada. Will she be able to sponsor just her kids to come to Canada even though her marital status in her initial application before she came here is married?

Were her kids declared in the initial immigration application and did they undergo immigration medical exam?
Are her kids under 22 years of age and do they have kids on their own? Are they in a relation with their boyfriend or girlfriend whichever way they swing to?

Thanks for your reply, the spouse and kids are all declared in her application. She came as a live in caregiver. Her kids are all under 22 and are all in school. Not sure about relationship, but, no common law relationship in any of her kids.

Hi everyone,i just submit an application to sponsor my wife, i just want to know if the medical examination need to be submitted together with the application or i need to wait until she gets a file num? one more thing can i apply for a tourist visa for her?if anyone can give a helping hand or information i shall be very grateful, thanking everyone for your time.
