Subject: confuse - Record of Landing
 
I will be renewing my Permanent Resident Card soon. In question # 4 (personal details_ I dont have my Record of Landing anymore? And its not one of the requirements. And one thing I dont understand about the Supplementary Form questions specially questions #1, #2,#5? Do I have to get one. Please help me.. I am too much confuse about this. More power to you..

Do I have to order the Record of Landing form/application, fill up the form and does mail all together my Application for Renewal of my residency. Am I correct. Thanks

No you are not correct; you need to order and wait till you get the record of landing; then put that one or copy of it along with your request for PR card renewal.

I am trying to apply for old age security pension. OASP
In the application form, I have to write the date of my first entrance to Canada.
I visited Canada first time in October 1970 for a holiday. Would that be the date I should write or date that I became an immigrant on 1971?
I really help on this, please help me.
Also Could you find out the exact date of my arrival in Vancouver, Canada.
I first visited with a Japanese passport by the name of Tomiko Hosokawa.

official landing date is what they are looking for.
