AOR not received

Subject: AOR not received

Dear All,
Please suggest me, I had submitted my application with other supporting document on Sep 2010.Till date, I did not receive the AOR. But the online checking status shows that we receive your application with supporting documents.
So, should I worry for the AOR ? Does my process going smoothly?
