IM PR and I live with my children her in ontario but they are as a visitors... 2 years ago when I fill the forms for my PR I put check the option for aply for them in the future; the got the papers in colombia for the medical exams and the PR at that time... now they are on vacations with me and her mother in colombia want to they stay with me ..... How can I Sponsor them.??

Let me get this clear. Did you include them in your PR application? Back in the day?
If you did, then you can sponsor them. If you didn´t then you are going to be in a whole lot of trouble.

I did, Im include them in my PR application,, The question is .. like they are living with me now, but their status her is as a visitor untli December (6 months) how can I apply for them from here Inside canada as a family members.. beacuse I was loking the forms for the aplication but It´s not clear undo my case..
For sure I now that I need:
1. Extend their status as a visitor
2. Apply for sponsor them
3. Take again de Medical exams for them
4. ?????? But wich form I need to use for their PR??
????? IMM008 This supposed to be for Outside Canada
????? IMM5002 This is for inside Canada but doesn´t have the option for apply as a Family member under 18Y old.

you are going to need a legal letter of permission from the children´s father that he is agreeing for them to be brought to Canada.
