I would like to apply for Nominee Program, I had an existing marriage, however me and my ex wife been separated for 6 years now, and the marriage was pending in court for declaration of nullity. At this time I have a common law wife and we have a child already. I want my common law partner and our daughter to be my dependents coming with me in canada. My question is, what civil status should i fill up the married or in a common law, as spouse whose name will i write? my ex wife or my present common law? please enlighten me, i am so confused.

as unfair as it may seem, the woman you are married to is your wife. Get that annulment finished.
