When you´re called in by CBSA for a PRRA interview they always ask for the following;

**A valid or expired passport for yourself and dependents.
**A birth certificate or identity card issued by your country.
**4 Passport size photos for you and your dependents.
**Health Insurance Card & Social Insurance Card.
**Proof of any Immigration Appeals.
**All other documents issued to you.
**Any documents concerning criminal matters.

If you deliberately refuse to cooperate they have grounds to detain you. Saying you do not WANT to go home is okay but saying you WON´T go home will surely get you handcuffed and detained.

They will provide the forms and inform you that you have fifteen days to complete the forms then an additional 15 days to submit your reasons for your PRRA application.

They will only consider NEW evidence since your failed refugee claim and the evidence has to clearly relate to you personally.

They will look at a RISK TO YOUR LIFE and CRUEL PUNISHMENT you may face.

Cruel Punishment seems similar to Unusual, Undeserved or Disproportionate Hardship (H&C) Cruel Punishment will allow your Counsel to embellish the facts. If the story is more clear and interesting or scary as long as it directly relates to your personal situation the longer it normally takes to get a negative decision. If a quality PRRA submission package is written the greater likely hood that a FC Judge will give you a Stay or disagree with the CIC Officer assessing your application.

Now some reasons CBSA have difficulty removing people are as follows;

--No valid travel document and the country of citizenship is difficult to provide same.
--Lack of proper ID to obtain a travel document, Passport.
--Stay of Removal been granted.
--Father will not sign so Mother can obtain Canadian passport for child(ren)
--Custody fight over children.
--Medical issues makes it unsafe for you to fly.
--Having any outstanding criminal matter that the Crown will not stay or withdraw charges to affect your removal.

PLUS, plus, plus.

Wishing deserving people all the best.

Does a non-refugee claimant come to a PRRA interview?

Yes if ORDERED excluded or deported you have a right to make a Pre Removal Risk Assessment.

CBSA is forcing so many to go home that I doubt that CIC BRO are actually reviewing reasons very thoroughly.
