you have neglected to answer a very important question - you said you are getting married - WHERE?

Adaptability (in reply to: How to Proof Strong Ties to our country cause am r)
Do you or, if applicable, your accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a relative living in Canada who is a citizen or a permanent resident of Canada?

Please advise, my spouse´s sister keeps requesting for documents from my spouse, she asked for the PR card which was sent, she asked for our bills, which was also sent and the next thing she demanded for is our marriage certificate and my spouse´s birth certificate which my spouse was apprehensive to release and it is causing disaffection between them.

Moreover, they are using consultant to process their immigration, which heighten my spouse fear and make her uneasy to release those documents.

do anybody have experience concerning adaptability with Canadian immigration?

Thank you,

Abbbey

it surprises me a little that a wife at home would not be considered significant motivation to return home.

I think a wife waiting for you at home will help your case.

Well, his wife at home doesn´t really say much. Once a person is in the country, his wife can always board a plane and attempt to come.

I think it has to do more with the actual porpuse of his visit to Canada,

Here is the million dollars question...Does his ties to his home country actually match his "business man" profile and travel history?

That answer is worth a million dollars.

When a person applies for a visa, every one is either a "real" visitor or a business person in the application. (Most people will never put in their application that they want to come and stay illegaly after their permit expires right?)

The problem is when their ties to the their home country don´t quite match their "business" profile.

If you are holing your breath that the only change in your application is that you are now married, likely you will be refused again.
