if you are tired of this, withdraw and make room for someone who is not as tired.

I applied from Europe, so it took only 1,5 years for me. It´s unfortunate if you are from Asia, it usually takes about 4-5 years of waiting. Good luck!

hi,Elmer Catalan. Mine is in Sydney, Australia office too. When did your E-cas status change to be "in process"? Are you applying for FSW? Do you have a job offer? I wish this can go a bit faster...

I applied thinking that the timelines had been cut short but this is proving to be quite a lengthy process. Guess they do not need immigrants as urgently as they seem to say. Wait times of 1.5 - 5 years? Just ridiculous!

Federal Skill Worker Time Line- Applied June 2011 (in reply to: Federal Skill Worker Time Line- Applied Jan 2010)
I filled my application through one of the top visa consultant in India under the Shortlisted NOC- CAP category, i am surprised to note that until now i have not received file number although i have submitted all the important documents such as IELTS, Experience, PCC, Bank statement, DD Can$ 550, etc., The status of my submission as per my consultant is "Awaiting assessment by the High Commission". Can some one confirm me are they correct and also jet me know the total time period for the process.
