I apply under H&C application in 09 and my file was sent to the Etobicoke cic office. A week ago I got a miss call from an IO and the area code from that call is from Alberta. Is this normal for my file to send to Alberta?

Does your display show it as GOC/GDC? Government of Canada?

@Anonymous I did call back at it was an IO.
He call me back twice this week asking me some questions he even call my husband work and ask him some questions about me and our relationship. What am thinking is that it may be an interview since my aplication is in Alberta.
Anyone who went through similar experience
