| Subject: Is undertaking still in effect? |

I need to know when will be the undertaking end of my husband’s ex-wife who landed in January 1999(not so sure, just according to memory).Can I check it from somewhere (government department)?
We submitted the 1st application to sponsor my parents in 2006. But we got a reject letter in 2008, which said we didn’t reach the minimum income cut off for 6 persons. Because we didn’t include his ex-wife in the income cut off. We just think we are applying for 5 persons.
Then, we submitted the 2nd application in Feb 2009. The application is still under processing.
I really need to know how many person we need to include in the application. Because we need to monitor our income every year until the application get finalize.
