Hello,
My parent is at the final stage of their PR application in Singapore. They have done their medical in June and S’pore CHC has requested new CSQ (I applied from Quebec) before finalizing the application as it expired. Problem is I left Quebec and cannot renew CSQ. So I have advised them that I moved with a proof (Hydro bill and cell phone bill) by email. I have not heard from them since then.
Does anyone know how it would be processed from this point? Do I need to go through the whole process again after waiting for almost 6 years?
If anyone has experience with similar situation, I would really appreciate you comments.

I would assume that CSQ has determined that you abandoned your application. My best guess is that you are starting all over again.
