Two Questions:
In an outland spousal application where interview was conducted & applicant passed the interview (CAIPS notes confirms this) what is the likelihood of CIC asking for additional proof of relationship if interview was conducted 9 mths ago. This is not the case currently but I am just wondering if we should be sending additional updates/proofs or just leave well alone until if they make contact for more info.
2. The medical for the applicant is expired. No request has been made yet for a re-do. Should the applicant be pro-active and redo the medical & send have it sent in or is it best to just wait. I heard that each time a request is made from CIC it adds more wait time to the process possibly 3 mths so I was thinking that redoing before request could lessen the possible wait time. Any Advice?
3. The applicant is going thru Port of Spain-official wait times 14mths. If the 14mths have elapsed does that mean if info is requested on the file they will respond?
