| Subject: WWICS cases of 2004 |
I had applied for PR in october 2004 but WWICS guys just keep saying your file would be processed in next six months. Its been seven years now but there is no movement.Is any one from wwics who is facing the same issue.

u should have applied on your own. they r just like a courier company who just take documents from you send to them.Any clarification if CIC want they just fwd the things to u to manage.they dont do any thing

I have realised that but its late now :-) Is is better to reapply cancelling the current application & which would be the best guide for refilling any idea? Thanks

the biggest factor in answering your question is... do you qualify under the new rules. if no - you have no other option but to wait.

I have also appling on May -2004 but still can´t reply from CHC. I am facing not good feeling against CHC and i think they are stop process of old client.now i heared that approximately 8-10 lac files are waiting on list, its only in India Since 2004 for PR Visa.They have lost our time and money, we can´t do anything. If u r going in new rule, its not sure that u will be clear file within 6-12 month, still u will waiting two years. If u have anything news about it pl.fwd.this forum.
