hi guys,
we r based in delhi but the procedure at CIC remains a mystery. People on the forum say that the procedure takes upto 4 years but we know of guys whose process was completed between 9-15 months....
We ourselves got our file number in a matter of 1 week. Now what do we make of this. Are we on the fast track ? Or is it just chance... pls. anybody who can give us some credible info on this by the way some say if u get a good IELTS score - that does the trick..

this is not just coincidence or they are on fast track. The person who got it in 9-15 months must be having job offer in their hand or may be sponsored by somebody in any class.
