I have two situations!
One is that I´m waiting for my work permit. I sent it 4 months ago before it was expiered! I just want to know by any chance if it can be approve even though my refugee case was rejected? I´m at the PRRA stage.
My second concern is that my PRRA interview is comming! And aprox a month ago I subbmited an application for permanent resident as an skill worker. I just want to know how is it going to work?! I´m At quebec and I want to know if this application is taken into account! Just wondering

i did applied as refugee and later was denied. then applied as FSW through CIC Buffalo, NY. Which was rejected/turned down in the interview. Because he asked me that why I filed for Refugee.

Interesting that FSW application guide does not include the following information as in Canadian Experience Class application guide.
Note: Foreign nationals such as refugee claimants in Canada and workers without status (undocumented) are not eligible to apply under this category.
