| Subject: Refund Money or Bank Draft |

I applied permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class on December 24th 2009. I received a mailed from CIC 11th March 2010, they told me I will get my money with 8-12 weeks, buy till I don’t receive my refund money I don’t changed my address also. Would you please tell me what should I do now? I think it´s too late, I don´t believe CIC wouldn´t refund my money back.

I communicate with Sydney Novascotia office, but after few month they don´t contact with me, But I have proved still my check is not outstanding because final mailed was
"This latest cheque remains outstanding. We have used three different mailing addresses which you have provided to us and you are still not receiving your refund cheque. An alternative you may want to consider is if you have a friend or relative living in Canada, we can have you sign a Power Of Attorney authorizing us to issue your cheque in that person’s name. That person could then deposit the cheque and provide the funds to you through bank transfer. We are unable to provide bank transfers to clients. Please advise.
It is also necessary for us to have you sign another Undertaking and Indemnity Form. I have requested your file to prepare and forward same.
