applied permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class on December 24th 2009. I received a mailed from CIC 11th March 2010, they told me I will get my money with 8-12 weeks, buy till I don’t receive my refund money I don’t changed my address also. Would you please tell me what should I do now? I think it´s too late, I don´t believe CIC wouldn´t refund my money back.

Try contacting the Canadian Embassy in your country by fax or email & explain your case that may help
