hi all.its been one month i m here in vancouver on multiple entry visit ( temperory) visa.can i change my temperory status to permanent status in canada?or can l apply for work permit on my present status while inside canada.?plz reward me with your honest reply.your well wisher vicky

No, and no.
you need to leave and apply from outside Canada. Permanent status takes at least a year and you must qualify.
