Your employer cannot sponsor her. She will receive her PR visa once your application is approved. It is very little to nothing what your employer can do for your child.

Now, in order to do so, you need to have full legal custody of your child. Which it means that your husband has to approve the fact that she will be moving to Canada with you.

Thank you for that answer DocD my husband is willing to give full custudy of my daughter to me since he neglected her, sometimes he just lock her on the room to go gambling, drinking he come home whenever he wants to, and to be honest i did include him on the application now i was thinking to withdraw him out in the application. so much thing happen and done and i always forgive him, now i was thinking that for the sake of my daughter i do anything for her to come over. my emplyer offered me if ever she come her we stay in their house and while i work for them until i got my papers and ready to move on. if my employer cant do nothing of it is there anything i can do to make the processing faster, thank u

No. Her chances of getting a visitor´s visa are slim to none. Once your application is approved then CIC will issue the immigrant visas for the entire family.

You still have to include your husband in the application though, add him (I think you already did) just clarify that he will not be moving to Canada.

Word of caution...
If you your marital status changes, you have to notify CIC. Otherwise is called misrepresentation and things can go south in a hurry from there. Start getting all your custody paperwork in order. It takes time to gather those documents and you will need them later on.
