I read in one of your replies that if someone already has a sponsorship application in, then the PRRA would be deferred until CIC makes a decision on it, however at the PRRA interview, the agent told us that it did not matter that we already had the application in. Is that true?

Did you send your application before you were called in the PRRA interview?

If your partner came to the attention of CBSA through a police investigation or he went out of his way to evade removal than they will claim he does not fit into the Public Policy.

You post here for an answer instead of contacting me directly, strange.

yes the application was mailed in before the prra interview, about 4 months before, and why is it strange for me to post a question on a forum?

Roy, lots of people post here looking for a FREE answer. If you expect payment then do not come this site and advertise about your "wins".

Camile should change for heading to "Sharon & DocD Please Help"

could someone shed some light onto this issue for me pls, according to immigration canada, "the offices USUALLY match the PRRA case to the permanent resident case and just wait for the result, but I cant guarantee that"

It´s not the PRRA interview that determines the timeline. Did he receive notice of the PRRA (Instructions on how to apply etc.) prior to Vegreville opening the sponsorship application?
