Minimum income requirement is not applicable if you are only sponsoring your spouse.
Please read page 7 of the Immigration guide, under the heading of "Who can sponsor", last paragraph.

(in reply to: spouse sponsorship) lozarita, those figures you posted are meant for relatives (parents, brothers, uncle, aunt, etc..) other than your spouse or dependent child. sponsoring a spouse or a dependent child need not satisfy the minimum income requirement.
