guys ..
when they call for interview, do they also issue the visa at the same time from the same place .. or is it a separate process from buffalo .. if it is a different process from buffalo, can that be done immediately after the interview..

Yes! If you secure 67 points and they will try to assess you personally and make their selection decesion and they approve your application. If you have required funds, PCC and Medicals then they will ask to pay RPRF, submitt your PP and you will get visa on PP by afternoon.
