Hi everyone. Pls help here.

What does someone need to do if DMP is claiming they sent the result to processing center, and the processing center is claiming too that they haven´t received any result?

As the applicant, what do I have to do? I asked the DMP if they could email the processing center that I did my medicals with them and that they sent the result, but he refused. And said, that the processing center must be the one who will ask DMP to do that.

This is not funny and frustrating....I don´t want them to close my file and jeopardize my long wait, just because of lost medical result. I have complied.

Thanks.

When DMP sent the result, I believe they are using registered mail. Does the DMP have any info e.g tracking number etc about the mail?

When did you do your medical? The DMP should be able to give you a tracking #

we have 5 posts called anonymous with 5 different IP addresses. Who is who here?

If September 1 is the date the medicals were sent, you need to wait some more. between mail delivery and time for the file to be reviewed and posted you are probably looking at several months.

i was out a while ago and mobile. thats why. didnt mean to confuse anyone here.
thank you for sharing thoughts here too.
Its just frustrating because the embassy emailed and asked for the result. I have emailed them back and told them what I was told by the DMP. but no response yet.
heres their email:

"we required you to undergo new medical examination in order to complete the application process for your relative in Canada. To date we have not received all the information requested.

•Please complete your medical examinations. If you have completed your medicals please follow-up with the designated medical practitioner where you had your medical to confirm if further examination is needed or if final result has been forwarded to the embassy here in ****.
The information we have requested should be provided to us within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. Failure to provide the information within the specified time period may result in a refusal of your relative´s application in Canada.

Please remember that only original or certified true copies are acceptable.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
