| Subject: Immigration with a blind infant |

Dear friends,
We just got to know that our 2 weeks old infant baby boy is legally blind. Due to the poor conditions for the less fortunate in our country, we have decided to move to Canada. My younger sister with 2 children is already residing there.
I hold a master´s Degree (MBA) and a technical diploma (associate engineering in mechanics and instrumentation) with an experience of almost 8 years.
I´ve read on this forum that a handicapped individual is not welcome due to the social welfare fund placement & there will be problems in the immigration process.
What are my chances of getting the Canadian immigration with my wife & blind infant? and what is the best option ?
