| Subject: Buffalo Skilled worker processing time |
I applied for PR in Jan 2004 and recieved my AOR in Feb 2004. I haven´t heard any thing from Buffali since then. Any idea how long it takes to recieve an interview call or medical? and also how long the back ground check process takes?

Just a month? Good for you, let??s wait half year, maybe they will do IA.

sorry, my mistake, Feb 2004, I thought it´s this year, generally it´s half year for IA, however, your case seems a little bid too long, what did ECLIENTS indicate?

my eclient says that my application is in process since 6th of Feb 2004. Do you think I should send them a query fax??

yep, i will give a shoot, consider such long time, you can even print eclient and your AOR copy and fax your own letters together.

Yes , it should take between 6-8 months or IA, if you haven´t got it yet , send them a fax

I think you should have got a response from them a long time back. You should send a fax to Buffalo to inquire about your case. See my timeline below:
