They said in the newspaper that the concepts will form and evolve organically. However, it is very explicit that they way the world economy is handled is not favouring the average folk.

If you think that having the insulting capitalism that we´ve been subjected to is the way to go... that´s just you! I am sure they will do without your support. They can have a wide varitey of issues, but the core idea is to express discontent on how the abusive capitalism we live in is just benefeting a few. If you think that you are not going to be affected by the world economy because "you live in Canada", is a utopia some canadians like to believe.

I know there are legitimate complaints about our system and how the world economic is being run. I am just a little weary of the rhetoric without solutions.
Besides, I have work 14 days in a row without a day off (and without overtime) and I am really grumpy.

Oh yeah, work hard everyday but have the time to write many posts in forums (perhaps not only this one). In this topic only, this person wrote 3x (at 21:14, 00:46, 5:51 server time). Oh yeah, busy people do that really. Whatever you say.

That sucks! I work 5 x 10/h days M-F and 5/h Sat every week but I get 15hrs OT every week.

yup berg, I posted 3 times, on a Saturday, 2 posts were after 6pm. I hope that is OK.
I am in senior management and on salary. That means I work until the job gets done. If all goes well, I will tack a day off onto a weekend in the near future to offset this last 14 days of craziness. If I take time out to post during the day, it just means I sit at my computer longer at the end of the day to get my work done.
I wouldn´t change my job for the world.

What a stupid question, people with big bellies never attend such protests, !!!! and they always find an excuse, I am sure those guys cannot walk more than a mile either, you know, you need strong legs to carry your truck size body ...Their life style most probably like, getting into your car in the morning, walk to the elevator, or walk to next door coffee shop , get into your car come home, walk a few metres to your apartment, watch canucks, eat cookies, or drink your beer, and come to this forum and talk and talk talk ....Hope you meet those people in real and tell me I am wrong ....I am always willing to apologise and prejudging people but somehow, my assumptions somehow tend to be true in most cases!!!! Yes vitorelli I was there though not many people attended proud of showing my reactions and being a part of some good people ...
