Cud somebody pls. give me some info on this - i am based in Delhi(india) and hv come across an immigration consultant who claims to arrange for Canadian immigration with valid work permit(HRDC approved) all in a span of 9 months. I feel this is too good to be true. Cud somebody pls. shed some light on this.....

I think it´s very hard for us to get HRDC stuff, you need get approve job offer first, and HRDC gonna take a look.
Even for we who live in Canada.

we have 2 posters with similar stories. One paid money to an agency that promised to have HRDC jobs lined up for applicants and therefore their applications would be guaranteed. He lost his money. There was no such ability on the part of that company.
The other was a sitution where an applicant had a HRDC approved job offer. It gave her the additional points for arranged employment, but by the time her applicantion came to the interview stage, the job was no longer available. Her application was not fast tracked. She also lost those points for arranged employment.
If a Canadian company is recruiting in your city, or you have applied directly to a Canadian company and they are willing to arrange a work permit - that is a different story. That has nothing to do with a Skilled Worker immigration application. It is a temporary work visa. Do not mistake the two and do not get caught believing someone can offer you a short cut to a job and Canada if you simply hand over some money.

Dear Manish,
I know there are some good consultants in India who easily arrange HRDC approved job offer and file your case in such a manner that it goes smooth. However, their charges are too high. My consultant back in India was a Jerk who got his LLM from US. Due to his lazy attitude and greed for money, my case filing was delayed by 4 months. If u can assess your points online and have sufficient documented proof for that, then I would suggest not going to these money thirsty hounds. Do it by yourself.
