Hi Zain, I think you´ll have to wait for their directions. Just wait and be calm. When did you guys sent in your applications? If you´re not too sure, you can call the call center. I have mine in processing and still waiting for my decisions. At least you guys got approved in principles, so take it easy. What i did was that , i sent in my medical and finger print when i sent in my application. My lawyer said to me ´´ that when you do this, it makes work easy for both parties´´. He worked with CIC for 15years.

Am here waiting on CIC to request my landing fee. When did you apply Zain and when did your application been Approved?
I honestly think the best thing to do is waituntil they request the landing fee.
Good Luck

Applied h & C in 2002 and three months ago we received approval letter.
two months before the approval letter, we were asked to update cic about any changes since 2002.
just worried that it took so many years for this approval, how long it can take more to get landing!!!!!!

Thanks guys for all the information. I applied in September, 2010 and my file was transferred to Vancouver early this January, and later transferred to Montreal in July. Montreal as it stand has a backlog with 12 months timeline. The call center officer i spoke with said ´´It may take 12 months from this year July, but it may be faster even before the 12 months. I´m hoping and praying for a better day, that i´ll come online to share my timeline with everyone. I sent in my medical and police character when i sent in my application.

Hi friends!

my father is PhD from Japan and he sent an immigration forms as a skilled workers class for whole family on September, 2nd 2010 from PAKISTAN to SYDNEY. We have not yet received any intimation as it is almost one year passed away..!!!

Can anybody let me know please how many months we will have to wait further? because new policy is instructing to send forms to UK. But we don’t understand what should we do now and what would be the status of our immigration still now.

Your father has a PhD and he submitted his application himself in September of 2010. Smart man bet he saved a lot of money!

Well since the Ministerial List for 2010 is thrown out and a new one was listed as of July 2011 he is up the proverbial creek without a paddle and his boat has a huge hole in it.

Now if his occupation is NOC 2121 there is still hope but last year it reached the CAP and this year there are 500 less positions available.

Penny wise and pound foolish.

A little Immigration knowledge only goes so far unless ohgod is helping.

YOU KNOWS IT (in reply to: H & C approved & Landing Fee)
A final determination on your application for PR will be made st the final interview. This usually occurs about 12 ~24 months after the date your visa exemption was approved.
