When a Spousal applicant behaves like this woman the ones in real marriages suffer.

Woman faces deportation after failing to report death of sponsoring husband

Another way to look at this is when you think CIC & CBSA are so lacking in knowledge and your smarter than the average alley cat you sponsor another thinking no one reads your application forms.

WELL CIC OFFICERS ACTUALLY READ THE FORMS!

She told the truth about her late husband dying prior to her arrival while sponsoring her daughter.

I say have a nice flight!

Too many of my clients and others that are in real marriages are waiting far too long because of your behavior.

24 months Pakistan
32 months Kenya

No idiot, it did not take much for many couples who did it on their own and those couples never paid for another loser- blood sucker to fill some forms ...I had a friend from India and he did everything in his own, and it took him just 4 months to take his wife back to toronto...Did he pay to a blood sucker? No way ...Come on now, stop advertising yourself- you are so cheap ....!!!

So stop pretending a smart ass and do not mislead people as if spouse applications take that much long...

Guys sponsorship applications are the easiest procedures, and immigration colsultants like Mr Roy - milk man, it is the most desired tasks- because it is easy - if you have do not know how to do it- please come to this form,I will help you free of charge simply because I have a proper job and do not have suck blood, ... so never never pay for your sponsorship applications and have them done by a loser- and MR Roy must be the last person to seek for advice.... He will soon go bankrupt, he is OK now -thanks to Mrs Sharon who is protecting his ass here by letting him do free commercials by keeping him talk about shit ....

MR ROY YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS SHOW HOW CHEAP YOU ARE AND HOW YOU ARE CHEATING PEOPLE BY EXAGGRATING A PIECE OF CAKE...

I used to think a sponsorship application was easy. Just fill in the forms, answer the questions and presto - everything would be OK. I hope ohgod has luck with his strategy. Personally, he has not convinced me he is right.

DAH..... OH GOD it is Mr. Kellogg not Mr. Roy!

Look at the REAL facts (OH GOD) it takes 70 days to open a SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP application and check to see if all the forms and required documents are present at Mississauga CPC. More than two months to open an application to see if the medical form and payment is present!

Then the overseas process begins when they get the application from Mississauga CPC.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp

NOT LONG FOR MANY COUPLES???? TELL THAT TO PARTNERS IN;

SANTO DOMINGO 19 MONTHS
JAMAICA 17 MONTHS
GUATEMALA 18 MONTHS
VENEZUELA 22 MONTHS
COLOMBIA 17 MONTHS
SINGAPORE 21 MONTHS
PAKISTAN 24 MONTHS
HONG KONG 19 MONTHS
SOUTH AFRICA 18 MONTHS
KENYA 32 MONTHS
DAKAR 18 MONTHS
GHANA 22 MONTHS
UAE DUBAI 27 MONTHS

+ ANOTHER SEVEN VISA POSTS WITH MORE THAN A YEAR WORTH OF PROCESSING TIMES.

Can some Sponsors save time by retaining quality representation to ensure their application is the best it can be. YES!

Can some save money by doing it themselves? YES!

Do some who do it themselves get refused and are forced to wait at least ANOTHER year for a Spousal Appeal? YES!

Would your partner be worth paying someone for assistance?

WHEN I AM ABLE TO ALLOW A COUPLE TO WAKE UP IN THE SAME BED, UNDER THE SAME ROOF, EVERY MORNING, WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES, A LITTLE EARLIER, THEN IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE APPLICATION THEMSELVES, I FEEL PROUD, I EARNED MY RETAINER AGREEMENT.

Do not pay me, have OH GOD assist you with your spousal application for free, you will save so much money.

When refused you can scream his name by saying.

(OH GOD) WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!

in all fairness Roy, we should distinguish between Inland and Outland applications. Those who choose to follow CIC´s preferred route of Outland do indeed get faster service. We have been telling folks that here for years.

Quite frankly, I believe there should be some benefit offered to applicants that wait outside the country to learn if they are accepted or not.

I agree outside of Canada is much better and safer.

We had a Lady illegal in the States who was from Tanzania. She could only apply through Nairobi, Kenya and took seven months total. R11

I would like to take all the credit but the evidence was so overwhelming that they were in a real relationship. All they did was pay for peace of mind, just in case of problems.

And Mr Roy cheap advertiser will hate it but all these people did not pay any money to any of the blood suckers/ or milkmen like him !!!! These are just the people I know... (BC HYDRO workers!!!!)

You look like Bush who claims Iraq has some chemical weapons!!! Use the worst stories to gain customers!!! Some will never buy that ....Paying to immigration consultants is just for idiots as you have listed some of those above!!!

You are gonna disappear from this business better have some university education or some job training - be prepared for the worst..otherwise with your limited education and old age believe me you will just be digging garbage for gold soon...Kisses Mr liar !!!

OHGOD

The thread is about someone who cheated the system and got caught and that is why some applications take a long time. i have never said hire me.

This is a discussion forum so if you have a comment about that article write something.

If your comparing three co-workers processing times to all of the Spousal applications that have taken more than a year show me the statistics that your right. Keep looking!

You imply that a couple only have to show their marriage certificate to get into Canada within a few months. Do you really think people reading this thread/forum are so ignorant of the Spousal Sponsorship requirements that they will believe you because of three co-workers "ALLEGED" processing times that can not be corroborated?

Yes Folks believe ohgod do not pay anything to anyone authorized to assist with getting your wife or husband to Canada.

Yes Folks remember your wife or husband is not important to you they are just someone to repair things, cook or clean.

Yes Folks believe in ohgod he is soooo knowledgeable.

When and If your Spousal Sponsorship is refused and you finally decide that you still want your partner in Canada retain someone experienced in doing Spousal Appeals after they prove their qualifications.

DO IT! Right after you scream ohgod what have I done.

Lots of people have done it themselves. If it is that difficult as what Roy has alleged, then CIC would recommend you getting professional help right?

You have to understand Roy´s situation - if everyone think it is easy (most of us do - and have done it ourselves) then he would have no business.

If you have been rejected before, then Roy or any consultant, lawyer may assist you. If yours is a straight forward application, then you can consider doing it yourself.

Get your facts straight - I never alleged a Spousal Sponsorship application was complicated.

I stated that there are clear reasons why some have to wait longer than others. I showed an article from last week as to why some real marriages take too long to process. FRAUD.

Today´s Globe and Mail Newspaper.

Ottawa moves to curb marriages of convenience

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/ottawa-moves-to-curb-marriages-of-convenience/article2215245/

What happened in the past with Tom. Dick and Harry when they sponsored their spouses because of what little they had to prove and what Spousal Applicants have to prove today are far different.

Now I and any Visa post Officer will tell you NOW that regulation 4 IRPR R4 has been changed so that Spousal Applicants have to prove both prongs of the test it is far more easy to be refused.

The onus is on the applicant and sponsor to prove both prongs of R4.

When the wording of IRPR regulation four stated the word "OR" things were easier. Now that Regulation four wording has been changed to "AND" all applicants have to prove both prongs.
