1) Did you file PRRA?
2) Did you changed your address without notifying CBSA?

@1) may be CBSA are calling you for PRAA and they don´t have your current home address!

@2) changing address without notifying CBSA & CIC can cause removal.

Talk to your lawyer or consultant. get the letteres from your son´s doctor about his condition and take it when you go to CBSA office and also send those letters to h&C office.

To be honest, talk to Roy at cvimmigration.com. He knows a lot about CBSA issues. i got lots help from his postings on this forum.

@Aamir, my advice for you is to seek for a lawyer to go with you. I wish you all the best.

Just do exactly what CBSA is asking you to do. If the officer is calling you in, GO! Not showing up will make things even worse.

It doesn´t matter if you show up with a lawyer or your mother. Just FOLLOW the instructions.

MUST GO (in reply to: letter from back log reduction)
One must go through CBSA.

One leg on the plane and file a PRRA and hope that the H&C and PRRA will reviewed together.

So there is warrant against you and your plan is to hide in the shadows?
You are a smart cookie are ya?

By now you should know that an HC application in progress does not prevent your deportation.
You are going to get caught and you will be deported.

It is matter of time. You should think something else. Your plan clearly is not working. When are you going to ask to professional help? The day you are in the detention centre?

Yeah that is going to help.

You should really consider leaving Canada on your own. It is going to be way less painful for you and your family.

my question is who make the decisions on H&C applications CBSA or CIC?

CIC makes a decision and CBSA delivers to you in person.

THE WORST MOVE IN IMMIGRATION:

There is a warrant on your name, fail to appear to removal or departure or an interview, going underground and hoping that H&C will come through.

DocD seems to be going through a mid life crisis these days but even though he is rather blunt, he is right.

The rules are the rules.

Report to CBSA.

We have been able to bring many people back to Canada and we keep people here far longer than most CBSA Officer like. We do this legally based on the Act, regulations and the manuals.

If your Canadian child has no passport they will have to be alive, alert and sensitive to the best interest of your Canadian child.

Consider sharing your situation with the media to ensure guys like DocD show their softer side.

Either way he is right follow the rules so that your the good guy and they (CBSA) are the bullies.

All is not lost.
