| Subject: Staying overseas - waiting for spouse approval |

Hello everyone!
Simple question!
Can I stay with my spouse overseas in her country while waiting for her to be approved to move to Canada, and return together with her at the same time to Canada once we are ready to go, if i have proven that we intend to live in Canada once she gets approved of course?

If you are a Canadian citizen - then yes.
If you are a Canadian PR - then no. You can only visit for a few weeks at the most.
