Subject: Permanent Residency application vs work permit
  Hi there,
1. I currently have a permanent residency application in with my visa office and I recently got a job offer in Canada. The employer is applying for a Labor Market Opinion from HRSDC. Will this affect my application for permanent residency in a negative way?

2. I have read about the arranged employment opinion. Is this a shorter more secure process?
