AOR August 2004. We had a newborn in the family. So I faxed the information last week. Today I received a letter from consulate that I need to send 4 photos, 2 forms and application fee.
There is a line at the bottom of the section that says
"On receipt of these documents. medical forms and instructions will be sent to you."
What does it mean?

it means you should hurry up and send the stuff because you are almost approved.
