| Subject: Application for Spouse sponsorship advice |

I don´t know where to start but here´s a shot.
My Wife and I just got married in August, We are both 20. Our relationship dates back from high school grade 9 where we met. She had a deportation order when she was 16 years old in June 2007 to be exact but her mother decided to save money then leave, So they left in Nov 2007(They paid for there own ticket back and the registered with immigration before their flight back home). Since then I have gone to Argentina 3 times to visit her and we went to Ecuador for our honeymoon we have thousand´s of photos for all these years, Emails since 2005. We talk on the phone, Skype, msn everyday for a few hours at least(To prove our relationship wont be hard at all). I currently left school for now to work full time to have everything prepared for when she comes. There´s no kids involved just us, Neither of us have any criminal records.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me out with a few questions i have.
Since she was deported will i need a lawyer to assist me with the sponsorship papers? or will it even matter because she was underage at the time?
Other than application fees, Pardon to the queen what other fee´s are there.
also will I have submit ARC, If so in which stage of the application process should I.
if immigration see´s that I´m using a lawyer will they process the application any quicker?
I just got back 1 month ago and really can´t afford a lawyer right now maybe in 2 months i would be back on my feet but i honestly don´t want to wait any longer to start the application,
So my main question is Can i do this without any issues surprising me and delaying her return?
Thanks for taking your time to read this, Any tips or experiences with immigration big or small is really appreciated.

ONE WILL FIND OUT AS THE APPLICATION WILL GO ONE. THE VISA OFFICE WILL ASK WHEN IT IS APPROPRIATE.

LEGAL FEES( IF APPLICABLE), COURIER FEES, APPLICATION FEES FOR THE SPONSOR AND THE SPONSORED, MEDICAL FEE, PHOTO, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS.
