Hi,
I am currently in canada on work-permit.I am applying for immigration.I am working at the client site and my employer is an Indian based company. So can I mention that I have a valid job offer as my work-permit specifies my client´s name?
And what all docs would I require to submit as proof for proficiency in english if I am not appearing for the English test?
Thanks !
Rahul

(in reply to: Work experience and employment letter) Does the work permit not mention you actual employer name ?
Well you can claim points for the work experience in Canada... for sure say after 1 year , not sure if you can use this as a valid job offer... read the immigration forms one again , it should have some info on this.. I will reply with more info ... once I get it

(in reply to: Work experience and employment letter) Thanks :)
No.It has Only the name of the company for which I am working in Canda.I checked the immigration forms but I couln´d find any info in this regard.Though even without getting the points for the experience in Canada, I am having the require Points(67+) which are required for immigration. But I have to mention whether I am having the job offer or not in Schedule 3 form?
And I think that if I am on work permit that obv means that I have the job in Canada..I am a little bit confused, So I thought better to take others opinion about this.
Thanks!
Rahul
