What gets me is the attitude of our Minister of Citizenship and Immigration.

This is a man who clearly wants to change the rule of Law.

I just can´t see where he sets his priorities.

Currently to renew your PR card if you have been in Canada for at least 830 days in any five year period you will wait for 15 - 18 months to be assessed.

Currently in the GTA you will wait for at least one year to be able to write your Citizenship test then wait some more to be called to swear the oath before you become Canadian.

Currently if you get married to a spouse who has to comply with regulation 11 to be processed in Nairobi Kenya 30 months.

Currently 21 Visa Posts out of 45 total posts take longer than a year to process a marriage application.

Currently more than 22,500 foreign millionaires are waiting abroad to resettle in Canada bringing with them more than $9 billion to help cash-strapped Ottawa, immigration officials say.

So instead of having Minister Kenney staff comply with the Immigration Act objectives of (prompt processing) A 3(1) (f) he puts all his staff to look for cheats.

Now there was one crook assisting and many (so called citizens) caught in Lebanon years ago. It took Jason and CIC staff to do something about those over there who got sent back to Canada by the Canadian taxpayer but it took years. They knew their identities then.

Now for the crook arrested in 2009, it takes two to tangle and these people not complying with residency or who gave phony details should be NOT handled with kid gloves.

Calling this crook a Consultant which implies he is equal to me gets me really upset.

Now how many have been caught in this sweep that are not guilty of any residency issue?

So they are permanent residents and they have to be found described for misrepresentation. That will take YEARS then they will have a right of Appeal to the IAD and that will take even more years.

Anytime this Minister opens his mouth his staff has to say how high should I jump Mr. Kenney? They say to one another lets accuse a whole bunch more it will make our boss look good.

They knew that 2,400 people where living in Lebanon in 2006 because they chartered two ships to get them out of Lebanon. It took Jason Kenney FIVE YEARS to do something about certain individuals abusing our hospitality?????

These people providing false addresses were not authorized and nothing but crooks. The guy in Nova Scotia had 76 cases the one in Montreal Nizar Zakka had 380 clients.

If Jason hired more staff to reduce unemployment so that they could process the Millionaires, Parents, Spouses, FSW Citizenship applications etc. Canada would be in control of their own Immigration Ministry.

With the additional staff it would be far easier for them to catch anyone violating the act and the regulations instead of taking FIVE YEARS to move on this issue.
