Subject: letter from back log office
hi i came to canada in 2003 with my wife and daughter as refugee and got denied and applied for H&C in 2005 and got my removal order in 2006 my son was born in 2006 with severe disabilities who is 5 now i was trying to push them through local member of parliament office to speed up my file and i got a letter from back log reduction office saying if i dont contact border service agency by nov 07 2011 it will impact negatively on my application , i did call them but they want me there in person wut should i do?

the above post i posted last month when i got the letter from back log and as most of you guys advise to show up at CBSA , i did show up at CBSA on nov 07 -2011 the officer was nice to us and did not detain us cause of my son condition , she told me to show up every two week at CBSA for bond reporting which i m doing it they called us again for the interveiw on decemder 05 we went there and they said we should get our passports ready and come back with the receipt on december 19 . during our interveiw we submitted the doctors letter about my son condition which stats this child has special needs and i suspect that he will survive if he sent back home i keep my finger cross and hope to get the defferal letter
in case if they give us the removal order . how big the chances will be to get the defferal letter from federal court?
thanks guys

Did you get a PRRA application?

Are you going to file a PRRA?

What kind of removal order are you talking about? Departure order or what?

Do you face hardships if returned?

Is deferral all one cares? What does one want to do?

Search Federal Court decisions listed in the H&C manual regarding Best Interest of the Child.

They have to be alive, alert and sensitive to the best interest of the child.

Find someone who has the time, experience and common sense to deal appropriately with your file.

So is the H&C based on you or on the best interest of the child?

This is not about hope. It is about the evidence that you presented AND you continue to show in the best interest of your Canadian child.

Evidence, evidence and evidence. Your word alone is not going to take you ANYWHERE, actually is not true, it will take you back home in a hurry.

It is not about being sensitive or alive, the decision will be made based on the case and the evidence that supports it.
