I have applied for Permanent Residence under skilled Worker category . Now my application is in "In Process" status. Now i have divorce with my present husband and want to marry again. Now in this situation what i have to do , please suggest me . Note that i am a Muslim and and according to Muslim law there is a gap between divorce and new marriage is 3 month .

notify CIC of your change in status immediately. once you are married, you need to again notify CIC immediately and your new husband will need to be added and screened as part of your application.
Be warned that CIC will try and suggest that husband #2 might be using you to obtain Canadian status so be prepared to prove the genuine nature of your relationship. A baby or a wedding certificate is not enough.

What could be the option to prove the genuine nature of the new relation other than wedding certificate ??

- photos (wedding, family, travel)
- evidence of trips taken together
- evidence of communication between each other
- letters from family members
- joint bank accounts / credit cards
- joint bills (e.g. hydro, cable)
- joint property ownership
- wills designating the other individual as beneficiary
- etc.
