4. Why do Jobseekers have to pay for getting placed in Overseas?

2. Follow Job Banks their free.
3. HRSDC do not like placement agencies if you have skills in demand apply directly to the employer. Placement Agencies must be registered with certain provinces.
4. Why does someone need to pay to be placed in certain countries maybe their skills are not in high enough demand so they need assistance.

hello,
canada embassy sent me request to submit my passport because my application already granted for temporary visa. the problem is my visa here in kuwait already expired for 6 months because of waiting to my application grant in embassy canada.my employer here did not renew my visa.can i pass my passport in canada embassy for visa stamping even without visa here in kuwait it is possible?anyone pls help me regarding my situation
