Representative (IMM5476) for Mother-in-law

Subject: Representative (IMM5476) for Mother-in-law
  My wife is sponsoring her mom. Since my wife and mother-in-law is not proficient in English, I helped in filling out the forms and providing her with instructions as to how to gather the supporting documents.

Does this mean that I´ve to fill out IMM5476 (Use of Representative)and show myself as the unpaid representative for my mother-in-law´s application.
