hi, for 2 years i worked as a cyber cafe ( internet browsing center ) manager. As a manager i managed the cyber cafe from procurement of materials, recruiting system/network technicians, interacting with customer etc .
Just by having this experience can i go for immigration (skilled)

No - managing a cyber cafe won´t qualify you for this NOC. You need to have worked in an actual restaurant that serves food as its main business.
