hi everybody..i just to have a light on this.my sister is engaged to be married but diagnosed with liver cancer..now it´s under control..she had a chemoembolization and then the rfa.the procedure looks promising..what i want to know if they proceed and get married is it possible that her husband could apply spousal visa outland for her?she´s from phils and he´s a canadian..thank you for your help..
