Subject: Are Delivery Expenses covered in the first 3 month
We are planning to land three months prior to my wife´s due date.
What if she delivers before receiving the Health insurance card arrives (which takes 3 months to receive in Ontario.
I was told that all delivery and doctors expenses are covered the moment I land. I either sign a paper in the hospital or at the doctors, and they collect the expenses after 3 months, or I pay for the expenses in cash, and they will reimburse me after I receive my Insurance Card.

IS the above information true or not?
what is a cost of a delivery in Canada

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

You were provided with wrong information.

You will be responsible for all costs during the first three months and you will NOT be reimbursed.
