The last four Saturdays I have been consulted by some very intelligent IT individuals who have studied in Canada and worked in Canada for some of Canada´s leading Banks.
They all wanted to deal with the CEC Canadian Experience Class.
Now yes I can be nasty sometimes when someone screws up so badly then they think all they have to do is twist the submission package a little and CIC/Canada will welcome them with open arms.
Now most would believe (including me) that all you need to do is follow the instructions/guide take your time and answer the questions.
Question #4 which is on all Generic Application Form for Canada IMM008
This is a basic question which relates to IRPR regulation 11 and these guys who are here & real smart put down CIO Sydney instead of New Delhi, India or Buffalo RPC USA.
Then they think they know too much and do not read the guide. Is this a common occurrence like men not asking for instructions or using the GPS until twenty minutes of being lost?
Where does it say in the required document list for educational documents that they must be original and sealed?
When your employment letters don´t say that you work as a (______) why would you not expect to get refused.
Now finally for those in the USA who screwed up their own FSW applications by presenting crappy employment letters. Why do they actually think they can come here and work for (themselves) with an LMO with an employee specific work permit.
That´s misrepresentation.

(Applicants must send their applications to CIC in Sydney, Nova Scotia, but must indicate their visa office of their country of origin or residence, for example, Sydney, Australia.)
...educational documents that they must be original and sealed?
(Students are so accustomed to their post-secondary admission process. No admission offices accept opened or tempered transcripts.)
Bless them those who can do it themselves...

it clearly says,
. Transcripts: Copies of post secondary transcripts of all courses taken inside of Canada.
Then to the box to the right it says Copies
Now your well thought out cut and paste reply only confuses others.
If you said I was wrong because..... or correct because.....
I could accept you confusing others.

They all work for CBIC or Scotia Bank already. The problem is they think a mile ahead of the question and do not read instructions like the average Canadian male.

What was clear to you SG when you assumed that they had language difficulties really makes you look ignorant.

These guys are all from India and all speak English. Were educated in English. Work in Canada with the English language and yet you assume they can´t follow simple instructions because they have language problems???

I was referring to those that DIY CEC applications and can´t follow the instructions. I was providing advice to those that may be thinking that they can submit a CEC application themselves. READ THE GUIDE, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

SG how can you assume without being an ASS that someone educated in Canada has language problems and CEC requires two years of Post Secondary Education.
